  Tell your co-worker--or anyone--that if they hate makeup then they shouldn&apos;t wear it.<br>If they criticize their co-workers, report them to HR.

  My sister won’t pop to the shop without makeup, whereas I never wear it. &nbsp;Can’t be arsed! &nbsp;Saved me a fortune over the years. 😂

  The Grateful Dead (from the song “Uncle John’s Band”) - “Whoa-oh what I want to kno-ow, is ‘are you kind?’” If the makeup empowers you, then sure, go for it, but it was never necessary for me.

  Not sure how I feel about this. You don&apos;t NEED makeup to be &apos;attractive&apos;. When are we going to teach girls that how they look is the least interesting and least important thing about them. I think makeup should be used like a celebration. A costume to go with your mood. Not a requirement. Are women flight attendants &nbsp;still required to wear makeup? Very sad if so. Having said that, makeup should make the wearer feel good. The viewer doesn&apos;t get a vote. I gave up a few things years ago. First, I never wore false lashes. Don&apos;t like them. I feel the weight of them and I find that uncomfortable. &nbsp;So I just wore mascara. But I gave that up in my 40s. I had the same reaction to mascara as I had with false lashes. I could feel the weight of it. My eyes itched and my eyes watered, no matter how expensive or hypoallergenic the product was, so I stopped. And lipstick too. I didn&apos;t like having to reapply several times a day. And my natural lips didn&apos;t look like that. So I use a protective lip balm and that&apos;s it. More in the winter when chapped lips are more of a problem. So if people think I have tiny eyes and no lashes, so be it. I was fortunate to work in a job where it didn&apos;t matter. And for the last 20 years (15 in retirement) I wear any makeup only when I want to. And I honestly can&apos;t tell the difference. Pretty sure it&apos;s the ritual of applying makeup that I sometimes enjoy. Don&apos;t get me started about pierced ears.

  It’s funny how a little bit of color can make one feel better. Doesn’t have to be a full face to enhance what you already have.

  I like the rainbow 🌈 color eyes on you. They make your eyes look much bigger and 💋 &nbsp;and blush is perfect color too.
