I’m so sorry this has happened! I’m 46 and was recently diagnosed with osteopenia - not at the osteoporosis stage yet. I broke a rib 2 months ago while rolling over in bed, then just last week I rolled my ankle and fractured a bone in my foot. I’ve taken steps to improve my bone density but it’s hard while being unable to move much!

Te entiendo muy bien, yo tengo osteopenia y en ocasiones tengo miedo, mi vida también ha cambiado y ahora hago mas ejercicio y me olvidado de los tacones, pero hay que festejar que estamos vivas

Hello how are you my friend? I hope you are fine. 🧡😊That's right when we enter the age of 50. Starting menopause and bone density starts to decrease. I haven't checked my bone density again. My body is also thin. Maybe i should try to do exercise, yoga at home, drink vitamin D and milk. Thank you so much for sharing my friend. Take care and stay healthy 🤗❤️

Take plenty of magnesium and vitamin K2. You probably consume Natto which has plenty of K2. Be sure to get enough zinc and copper. 🙏
