  I know the feeling, I relate to the subject of this video. Our health and piece of mind is the most important aspect of our life. When something bad happens in this area, nothing really matters anymore. <br><br>I have to keep an eye of the habit of overworking and investing myself too much in the work environment. I want to do my best and that&apos;s a pressure and a high effort that takes a lof of energy from me. I have to take my mind off work pretty often in my feet time unfortunately. <br><br>I send you a big hug 🫂 and I appreciate how open you are with us. You&apos;ve got a new subscriber! ❤

  It took a lot of courage to leave that toxic job...good for you! &nbsp;It is difficult to find that work-life balance, but remember you are important. &nbsp;You must love and take care of yourself. &nbsp;It can be a short train trip, a walk in a park, a piece of chocolate or tea and a cookie. &nbsp;Ganbatte, Yuna-san!

  I know what you are going through. Have been there a few times. <br>You are still quite young. Take some time, here in the United States, we refer to it as Mental Health days. <br>Maybe consider finding a job that is better for you and your health. May you always have blessings!
