  you need to make sure your troops engage in solid formation. This is sooooo important in DeI. Your Pikes will survive years longer. let them walk into the engagement, no running. Fun series so far, keep it up !

  You can promote female family members by sending them to hold games, send diplomat, send emissaries etc! Also I’ve been waiting forever for your DEI campaign and you do not disappoint! Crack on brutal youtuber.

  Each region has its own population. When you click on a region and it opens the province there’s 4 little icons in the top right of the UI, if you hover over them there’s two that gives you details on how many people you gain in the province per turn as well as what effects it. Also you can see how much supply you have in that region.

  Pikes in DeI are majorly nerfed from vanilla (some might argue too much). No longer are they just an afk lawnmower, now they are more of just a holding unit to pin enemies while other units flank. Also, crappy levy axemen are fantastic for rear and flank charging phalanxes, but get bodied in frontal engagements with anybody. It’s actually insane how much they chew through armored units SPECIFICALLY when they attack from the rear or flank.

You have to be present in the region where is their population. You can check one region’s population by clicking on the region for example Alexandria then there is this panel where all building slots and everything appears. Now just parallel to growth there are three 3icons hover over it,<br>One is your population of every class in that region<br>Second is the density of population <br>Third is the regional supplies in that region

  A phalanx is like a short pike unit. Use them a bit like pikes<br><br>The reason your are not reinforcing is sometimes a bug that will reinforce and bot show so when you dident have enough manpower last turn like it will show you it will reinforce when out of food but dont reinforce in reality. Also the manpower you look at is total province manpower. There is a local manpower view right of the buttom center location name along with other things

  Also, it’s better to let a rebellion last a few turns until public order stabilizes, then wipe them out. You can still fight and beat them as long as you leave a few survivors so they don’t get too strong but still cause the +20 PO per turn until it reaches 0.
