Hi there. Polish guy here. As for the Winnie The Pooh picture, I can say that yes, we know who he is (obviously). If you show a picture of Winnie to most people above the age of 5, that person would say 'Ah, yeah, it's Winnie'. But I wouldnt say that we LOVE the guy or something. He's just popular enough to have some fans, but it possibly could be said about most cartoon characters

The two Steve Harvey faces do appear the same. The reason why they look different is because the two faces are facing different directions. In other words, the person who edited this photo probably flipped the photo horizontally while putting the other face on.

My brother is currently very into Resident Evil and Silent Hill and is playing through all the games. I'm going to make sure I watch him play SH2 so that I can tell him that that's where spunch bob took 40 benadryls

Regarding the Whinnie the Poo picture, the YouTuber Jaden Salads covered it in his "Finding the Origins of Cursed Images" series. I believe it was proven to be a photoshop art project, not something that actually happened.

03:00 this picture was taken on a town square of Kazimierz Dolny nad Wisłą in Poland (I'd recognise that well anywhere). This small town is in itself actually pretty interesting. They have a dog statue that you pet for good luck, lots and lots of art galleries (probably more than actual shops tbh) and their signature "dish" is bread baked in a shape of a rooster (you can even see someone selling them in this picture). They have loads of historical buildings and pretty cool topography too.
I've been there a couple of times, and they always had some weird or artsy projects going on, especially in summer. Am I surprised that something like a huge gathering of Winnie the Pooh happened there? Not at all lmao

EDIT: I've seen that they also celebrated Winnie the Pooh birthday a couple of years ago, but it's in January, so maybe they've decided to celebrate it later? It's another one of goofy events they do ig

As someone from Poland, yes Winnie the Pooh is indeed popular in Poland, especially with young kids.

I think the reason is "just because".
A lot of the times, things are done "for teh lulz", and this looks absolutely like the case of it with Cola Party.
