  For a peek into the British justice system, that lad who murdered the parkour guy got sentenced to 27 years in prison - rightly so, but the guy responsible for the Lockerbie plane bombing, killing 270 people in total, received a 20 year prison sentence. He was also released early, having terminal cancer. He served less than two weeks in prison, for every person he killed. The system is utterly fucked.
