  Mike,great video.Too bad you missed out on two of your most sought after cards.I am sure <br>that this has happened to a lot of us card collectors.What does amazes me is that you can <br>keep yourself on a budget when it comes to cards.I do not have that strength.Another great <br>mail day.Some great pickups &nbsp;plus some very nice gifts from &nbsp;your viewers.Thanks.

  I just finished a 7 card “collection” of cards, and the last one I bought was that Pat Jarvis card. &nbsp;The cards are the player that were Ryan’s fist, last, and 1/2/3/4/5k strikeouts. &nbsp;All as Topps cards and from the year of the strikeout. &nbsp;The exception is, Jarvis was struck out in September of the year before his Rookie card was issued. &nbsp;So cool you have the autograph and that inscription!

  AMEN brother. My wife &amp; I need to replace driveway &amp; walkway (Probably 11k for the whole project). Decided that I can cash out cards and use profits OR use &quot;family money&quot;; decided to sell some cards and take the profits to pay for the project. As NEO says &quot;You can always buy them back&quot;. Stick to the budget; when the market &quot;resets&quot;, those who did not go neck deep will be safe

  Gwynn is severely UNDERRATED in the market. Many 90s era pitchers said he was the hardest player to pitch to. One of the best hitters of all time

  My three rookie Gwynn&apos;s aren&apos;t graded, but are sharp cards. Tried to send a photo of them, but it won&apos;t let me upload the pics. Never had that happen before, lol.

  I love the small dollar cards of players,teams, years and designs that you enjoy. &nbsp; With the lower cost we can look at more cards!

  IMO that Gwynn has amazing eye appeal!! I have an &apos;84(signed by Tony when I was at his baseball school in SD when I was like 12, &apos;86-&apos;87 maybe) that has a similarly looking auto without the smudge. Bummer man, but not surprised it went bonkers like that.

  If you find those acetate cards without all the yellowing, buy em when you see them. Most change color over time due to poor storage but they are out there.

  To each his own, but my hobby mind is in full COVID era mode. Between the hype and the shilling, I&apos;m at peace and fully anticipating not picking up much over the next few years. I&apos;m enjoying every night looking at my cards for a bit over a drink, and just keeping the powder dry for when all this blows over AGAIN. And it WILL.

  What I’m doing right now is selling cards I’ve purchased in the past that have gone way way up in value to buy the cards that I want now. It’s been really fun and good so far. PSA 10’s I’ve purchased for $47 a few years ago, are now selling for $650 and much more in some cases. They’re ones I can live without and I’m replacing them with what I really want now.

  Such a gut punch when our hopes are high and end up being not even close. You had to deal with TWO. It just wasn’t your time. They weren’t the right ones. I also admire a fellow stickler when it comes to sticking to budget. Onward and upward. 💪🏼💪🏼
