  When you’re anxious focus on what’s around you rather than internally. Focus on the views, the sounds, nature etc rather than how you feel. That’s what’s helped me with my anxiety and it’s something I’ve had to practice a lot over the last couple of years

  The minutes of silence on the lava walk were so peaceful and beautiful, Shinichi. Also, learning about the lava&apos;s effect on the landscape and how it recovered over time was interesting. &nbsp;Your talking kitty companion touched my heart--I wanted to snuggle her/him.😻 The back street gems you found will be fun to explore with Satoshi!   Bravo, Shinichi. You really went out of your comfort zone on this video, and it looks like it was worth it! Too bad it was so &quot;voggy&quot;. That&apos;s what we call it in Hawaii when the volcano is erupting and giving off a lot of smoke and steam and making the air look like smog.

  I&apos;m 66 now, and it took a long time for me to realise that I am at my happiest when I&apos;m in the stillness of nature. Don&apos;t leave it so long to live your life in nature.

  Thank you Shinichi, a fine walk and an interesting trip to the island, I look forward to seeing more of the area when &nbsp;you visit with Satoshi. I love how you just see something and take a detour, your curiosity is infectious :) I enjoy doing that too.
