Yes, I agree, the background music for those of us who are a bit hard of hearing. I am well into my 87th year. I am not on any medication and have full mobility.

I think the 93 year old man<br>looks much younger, but the others look their age, but they don’t act or feel it. It’s better to continue having fun and enjoying light sports.

I think, that these old people who're active, healthy, strong and still doing their daily chores are NOT being so ONLY by consuming healthy foods but all of these together: genetic, organic food, great climate, beaches, exercise, especially swimming and walking on the sandy beaches, plus the support of each other! <br>May God bless these lovely old people 🙏❤

Good advice. I have seen a wide range of extremes, many people, many countries, a wide range of exercise, thinking, and making a difference. Everyone in my generation who smoked died decades ago. I am 90 years old.
