The hand was of course cancelled, and everyone had a good laugh while the dealer unpacked and shuffled a new deck of cards.

  One of the most interesting interviews I have seen in a while. Also, such a clear well-paced interview with virtually no overtalking but each concept was fully answered before flowing seamlessly into the next most relevant point of view. Well done. On a side note, David looks like me when I was his age, I&apos;m 60 now, he thinks like me as well. I checked his last name to make sure we weren&apos;t related. :glasses-purple-yellow-diamond:
