  ShiftUp nailed Eve as a character. She was not distant, but masterfully depicted an android attempting to or learning to be a human.<br>Eve is an awesome character and a lovely step away from the mainstream in more ways than one (pun intended).

  I don&apos;t agree with Stellar Blades lead. &nbsp;Eve was not boring to me. &nbsp;She had a lot on her plate from minute one and she handled it the best way she could as she grew during the story. &nbsp;This does not make her boring to me. &nbsp;It&apos;s called character progression (story wise) Nobody is the same at the end as they are at the start. &nbsp;I don&apos;t blame her for her personality. &nbsp;It all felt very natural to me. &nbsp;Some people really do close themselves off like that and slowly open themselves up over time. &nbsp;Xion was a fine city to me that felt like it was struggling to revive itself, not once, but twice during the story. &nbsp;it had it&apos;s own level of home-y charm to it and it fit the story well, imo. &nbsp;Xion, much like Eve, had to grow and push beyond itself.

  One correction I wanted to add. The “Second Eve Studio” that was written on the promotional art has nothing to do with Evie’s character. That is just the way shift up names the teams that are working on their games. The dev team that works on Nikke for example is referred to as “Third Nikke studio”, the team that works on stellar blade and stellar blade bloodrain was and is referred to as “Second Eve Studio” and the original dev team that worked on Destiny’s child was referred to as “First child Studio”. This is just shift up’s way of delineating the different dev teams.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAuiG9w-0js&amp;t=967">16:07</a> <br>I found Barry’s sign. <br>In my Video i was also breaking down the Trailer and in the very end of the trailer when she falls down you can see an L’oasis sign and under that a Barry’s sign.<br>It’s hard to detect because everything goes fast but i was looking at every frame.

  It makes sense to me as to why they would need to narratively reset with a new protagonist and a time-jump. <br><br>To start out with, if Eve fused with Adam, she became so strong that even Providence and an entire Squadron was defeated by her. Unless we reset the status quo, Eve would be drastically stronger than any Naytiba or Angel we know about, so it makes sense to start again with the Angel equivalent of a rookie cop as the protagonist.<br><br>There’s also the bad ending, but I think there’s little evidence for that being true. Not one mention of Mother Sphere or memories during the Trailer makes me think Eve is busy defending an independent Xion from both the Colony and remaining wild Naytibas, leaving Evie open to becoming our new protagonist considering Eve can’t deal with every low level street problem, especially after Xion has gone back to full population capacity. <br><br>Angels are stronger than the other Andros-Eidos humans, so it would make sense to recruit them into a special forces policing unit like CCDP seems to be, especially considering the proliferation of infected humans and machinery that must be happening in the City from the cultists. <br><br>Side Note but I really hope Evie gets a third character to bounce off of regularly and not just her operator. The character dynamic between Eve, Lily, and Adam prior to the last chapter was integral and the story really suffered from Adam being absent for the last third imo.

  more hyped about blood rain than any other reveal at all the conventions that happened. gonna be a painful wait, but i&apos;ll probably replay SB1 again before it launches

  I suspect that The City is in The Colony. IGN might have tipped it because in the trailer description on IGN&apos;s YouTube, they mention that &quot;Earth has been abandoned, and what is left of humanity has fled to a Colony in outer space.&quot; Evie is shorter and uses hand-to-hand combat because she&apos;s designed to police an urban environment (a 6ft sword would cause too much collateral damage and get stuck in tight corridors) rather than to drop into a barren planet to fight monsters in open space. The &quot;outer ring&quot; train also makes sense because The Colony is shaped like rings. The incredible density of The City and how it is build vertically makes more sense if it is in space. There is so much unoccupied land on Earth after the events of Stellar Blade 1 and it is not obvious that the Andro-Eidos can even reproduce without Mother Sphere creating them (Eve was born in a pod, which is why she hates swimming), so I&apos;m not sure how they would reach this ridiculous level of density unless thousands of years have passed. We have already seen the orbital elevator where everything is built upwards.

  What I think is that what we see on the trailer is a training simulation before sending evie to earth to hunt eve

  My theory is that it&apos;s a prequel and a sequel at the same time. They showed us the prequel part in the reveal trailer then the story jumps to eve and we play as eve back again. Maybe a dual protagonist or like rdr series where we play as one mc first then shift to another.
