  I feel like for Mario there’s a no brainer answer that is a representation of the entire series and replaces a very non-fundamental move with a very fundamental move. D-air being a ground pound makes perfect sense

  If Zeltik&apos;s Dead Man&apos;s Volley is meant to be Ganondorf&apos;s anti-zoning tool, I would give it the caveat that only melee attacks deflect it (effectively making it transcendent against enemy projectiles). This wouldn&apos;t affect every zoner matchup equally (Mega-Man would worry while Min Min wouldn&apos;t), but it would be a start.
