El Silencio es el idioma que Dios habla (Todo lo demás es mala traducción) | Eckhart Tolle

Have you ever felt that the constant noise of your mind and daily stress prevent you from experiencing true peace? Why do we identify so strongly with a "superficial self" filled with anxieties, guilt, and narratives from the past, forgetting who we truly are? Eckhart Tolle reminds us of a profound truth: "Silence is the language God speaks; everything else is a poor translation." Most of our suffering stems from living trapped in the movie of our personality, acting out a script conditioned by the past. When you identify with every thought and emotion that arises, your inner space becomes completely clouded. But when you learn to connect with your deepest self, you discover a clear sky of stillness where the ego loses its grip. In this video, you will discover how to free yourself from the prison of the mind and emotional pain through the power of presence and observation. You will understand the fundamental difference between the persona you play daily and the light of pure awareness that sustains everything. And when you stop resisting your anxieties and allow yourself to observe them in silence, psychological suffering dissolves, and you reconnect with your true essence. ✨ This message is an invitation to let go of the noise and demands of the ego, to stop judging your own healing path, and to remember that your greatest freedom lies in the depths of inner silence. If you are here, it's because you are ready. Ready to stop being a prisoner of your past. Ready to observe your mind without judgment. Ready to inhabit silence and choose inner peace. 💬 Write in the comments: “I am consciousness, not noise.” and join me on this journey toward inner freedom. In this video, you will learn to: 🔹 Differentiate your two "selves": Understand the distance between your surface self (your personality and its past script) and your deep self (the consciousness of the universe). 🔹 Apply the screen metaphor: Learn to see your thoughts as simply characters in a movie, recognizing that you are the pure light projecting it. 🔹 Healing through presence: Discover how the true role of psychology and spirituality is not to "help the ego," but to awaken the conscious observer who transcends it. 🔹 Dissolving anxiety and the pain-body: Practice accepting and observing difficult emotions without resistance so that the space of awareness can deactivate them.
