EL PODER DEL AHORA | Conferencia en Barcelona. Eckhart Tolle

Have you ever felt like something is always missing from your life, no matter what you achieve? Why do you live waiting for the next moment, goal, or relationship to finally bring you the happiness you so desperately seek? In this session, we explore how most of your dissatisfaction doesn't stem from reality, but from an analytical mind that has "possessed" humanity. Believing that your salvation or fulfillment lies in the future is the great illusion that generates the modern ailment we call stress. The mind doesn't understand the present moment and constantly seeks to complete itself through physical, emotional, or mental objects, distancing us from our deepest dimension. In this video, you will discover the secret to going beyond the "old consciousness": ceasing to identify with the voice in your head and your limited personal narrative. You will understand that you are not that collection of memories and complaints, but rather the profound presence that exists when you inhabit your inner body. And when you stop using the present as a mere means to reach the future, the illusion of the false self vanishes and true awakening begins. ✨ This message is an invitation to let go of your collection of spiritual "maps" and surrender to the present moment, to stop searching for yourself in the next instant and to remember that the only real life exists in the Now. If you are here, it's because you are ready. Ready to stop seeking fulfillment in the future. Ready to awaken from the ego's mental obsession. Ready to choose peace, here and now. 💬 Write in the comments: "I choose to live in the now." and join me on this journey toward inner freedom. In this video you will learn to: 🔹 Recognize how the false self (the ego) lives in an almost permanent state of dissatisfaction. 🔹 Differentiate between the practical use of time and the psychological trap that creates our stress. 🔹 Disidentify with your thoughts to stop believing that the voice in your head is your true identity. 🔹 Find the entry point to the transformation of consciousness through the totality of your being.
