Shrouded Hand did a vid w/ lots of details on this sick POS...absolutely horrifying and unforgettable in a bad way. The details that Andrew leaves out, are what really gives him the nickname of the meanest. It's horrid.

Someone who is seriously bullied and demoralised usually snap when they are also rejected by woman. Thats often the last straw.

He was convicted of assault with intent to kill at 13. Then again. Then again. Then again. Each time, they let him out. And each time, more people died. The system didn't just fail once, it failed over and over.

I live 1 county over from Florence County, I read his book in the 9th grade. It's crazy the things he did, so close to where I've always lived.

Thanks for covering this. Not many people feature Pee Wee in their true crime stories. I lived not far from his hometown and know some of his family members. He also dated my best friend's mom at one time.

I once looked up the cost of a hit man on google. That woman got a DEAL. I understand average, as of about 10 years ago, is $30,000.
