Basically "our" is pronounced like "are." That's how I explain it to my students.

this woman is a queen.... as a native speaker... she is so good. If I may ask can you please do a video re: native speakers and how we, in my belief, dont know "rules"... i have helped foreigners and they mention the "rules" of english, like past perfect, and present perfect and I have no clue what they mean, I can look it up of course.... but i think native speakers dont think of the rules.
