Plumber here. The pressure tank failing will usually cause the pump to fail or have its life shortened. They did the correct thing and she's nuts.

Your Honor, they told me to replace my water pump and I told them I wanted to wait on it. So, they did the rest of the necessary work and didn't replace my water pump. They did exactly what I told them to, so they clearly breached their duty of care!! I deserve a refund!! Holy sh*t, what an absolute f*ckwit. She is the type who is never wrong and never sorry.

Seeing her kicked back in her reclining couch, looking at what appears to be a television…it just is unbelievable that this is actually a court hearing. I can’t believe court is still going on like this today. No wonder people don’t take it serious anymore. You basically can show up to court in your slippers and pajamas and a bonnet. And….just keep watching your TV show from your couch. I hate things like this about our society!
