  I do like how dwarves are the golems of the titans and then the dwarves made their own golems using their own souls. Such a cool idea

  I think the explanation for Dwarven "tranquility" vs what we know as tranquility may have to do with the nature of how it's inflicted. The dwarves as a people have been cut off from the Titans for dozens if not hundreds of generations, but humans and elves are rendered tranquil on an individual level, with humans and elves being more like a broken radio, the problem isn't with the source but the receiver. When the Titans were cut off from the fade (and thus also the dwarves) the signal itself disappeared, but whatever allows dwarves to connect to the Titans was presumably still intact on their end, and maybe that's why they aren't affected in the same way. Maybe they evolved in a way that "normal" tranquil can't.

  I normally chose Bhelen because Harrowmont thugs come after you if you side with Bhelen early on. Which means he&apos;s not keeping his men in check or he&apos;s secretly just as dishonest. At least Bhelen takes care of the Casteless and cracks down on the Carta. My second Playthrough, that got lost with my dead hard drive, was a Casteless Dwarf so I&apos;m not too fond of the Carta or Harrowmont.

  Bhelen was always the better choice imo. He&apos;s a Despot for sure but he&apos;s actually trying to reform Dwarven society and the epilogue shows he reclaims some of the lost Thaigs due to the bolstered military and strengthens the economy by trading with the surface more.<br><br>Harrowmont on the other hand comes across as the nicer of the two certainly, but his faction is deeply conservative and regressive for Dwarven society which isolates them further as they stifle trade with the surface dwellers.

  Sorry, it&apos;s always Bhelen or bust for me. Get the ball rolling on turning the Legion of the Dead into an honored cast, give the Casteless a chance to fight for their homes instead of prying nails out of the foundation for scrap metal, smash that Like &amp; Subscribe Anvil and let the Fereldans in to help clear out a couple Thaigs. <br>If you like the dwarves, you will support Bhelen. Supporting Harrowmont only means you get to say that you liked them in the past-tense.

  My favorite origin is casteless dwarf.(partly do to some lines in awakening) so Bhelen kind of just lucked himself the perfect supporter. after all he is giving MY SISTER everything, my future NEPHEW could be king one day, and he KNOW he is only king because of me( so the first two are not changing)

  Our race nears extinction, what should we do?<br>Harrowmont: let&apos;s keep doing as we always did<br>Bhelen: let&apos;s do the opposite of what we&apos;ve been doing so far<br>That said, another angle of this conflict is, Harromont is a good person but bad king, Bhelen is a bad person, good king<br><br>A duke of Poland died, having three sons, in his will he split his domain among them and charged the church with making sure his will is upheld,<br>His eldest son took the throne, executed both his brothers, took absolute control and (after failing to make the germans like him) got invaded by germany, proceeded to Vietnam them for SixTeen years before finally getting a victory in battle, a turnaround of war, and a massive amount of land in the piece treaty, he then had to invade Rus and sack it&apos;s capitol of Kiev to pay his troops salaries, eventually after the german emperor that invaded him died he managed to get the new guy to agree to him being coronated as a sovereign king (you needed the pope and the emperor to approve the elevation of your realm to kingdom, only then you are a Big Boy King), <br>He died, left three sons, his eldest seized the throne took absolute control of the kingdom, then ONLY banished his brothers, one went to Germany, the other to Rus, both promised the lands taken by the old king back in exchange for the throne of Poland, <br>the two countries simultanously invaded Poland, absolutely ruined it, did not instate either of the brothers on the throne, turning the country into a genuine lawless, stateless area, this lasted for decades (like two) until another neighboring king decided he does not want that on his border, found the eldest son of the merciful king and helped him rebuild his kingdom<br>Turns out being leader of a small barely formed kingdom that has significantly bigger neighbors is not for the merciful and honorable
