  fun fact! the candypop flowers (the flowers used to convert pikmin types) were or maybe still are internally classified as enemies. which may be part of the reason the pikmin shriek in terror upon being thrown into them.

  The amount of times I had to reset a cave for the purple and white pikmin alone - mostly the purple because of how important they are. So just seeing those five get steamrolled hurt so much I felt the air leave me for five seconds when I screamed
