After 32 years of not knowing anything about my family, I found out my father is enrolled at LCO. I am in the process of trying to become enrolled as well, but I am so thankful to find out more about my family's history. This is so exciting!

I really enjoyed this. I have been fishing up here my whole life and knew the names but never the detailed history. It brings an even greater appreciation for the area.

This is fascinating and touching at once. Rick's voice and calm delivery holds the listener in anticipation of wanting to know what is next. <br>I grew up in Michigan, so we did learn a little about the native people, but as I am now approaching 68, I appreciate the stories so much more. Thanks to all who contributed to this wonderful adventure of knowledge! ✌️♥️ Mark

I'm very thankful for this video it's very informative. I'm an enrolled member of LCO (proud Granddaughter of Robert and Hazel Gouge') and this was extremely educational as well as entertaining and I've been sharing it with my son and my niece and my mother who lives there currently and is a Tribal Elder. I'm sure she's never seen this either and I was more than glad to pass this on to her. .Chi- Miigwech. This is definitely one video that I truly truly appreciate thank you so much for the time and effort.
