I found a recipe on here, you don't need all that other stuff and it's absolutely wonderful and amazing. You do the same thing with 1 lb. chicken breast. Cut them up. You mix in one egg, Mix it up really good and then you add paprika and county spices which is 😅salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and some onion powder. Mix well drop into a small amount of olive oil and fry the patties then put in baking pan when they're done. put it in the oven on 400 for 10 minutes and it makes them crispy. But you don't need all those other calories or all that other stuff like cheese and flour or seed oil. and it's so wonderful. Everybody loves it including the kids
