  I am retired and my wife has passed away. Ever since she died I've pretty much been eating the same things constantly as I really don't know how to cook. I recently found your channel and it is very helpful and the slow deomnstration helps me as it doesn't assume a level of knowledge I don't possess and it makes it easier for me to follow. Thank you.   3 eggs<br>2 cans tuna, drained<br>Salt, paprika, pepper <br>Parsley, green onion, lemon peel<br>Mix well<br>Add 3 T bread crumbs<br>Form into cakes<br>Fry the cakes on both sides until golden <br><br>Serve with mashed potatoes and a homemade dill dip

  I have made something similar to this my whole life except we use can salmon. Yesterday at work, we made these for the first time using tuna, i work in a rehabilitation facility. Try it with can salmon, it tastes so much better. You can also add finely diced onion to it. I&apos;m a 67 year old grandmother from Kentucky.

  Wow.....I don&apos;t cook, my wife does normally, but I did this meal for her and she was bowled over, not because I&apos;d cooked but because of how tasty it was. I&apos;ve always liked tuna but in salad and straight out a tin, bit boring. <br>This elevates tinned tuna to greater hates. Many thanks for sharing this video and recipe. I&apos;m allowed in the kitchen now 😃

  Fish cakes. I&apos;ve been making them my whole life. Tuna, salmon, crab, anything really. Simply and delicious. Lovely video!
