Oh you urban folks with easy delivery services. Some of us out in the country need to use our freezers. And seniors, like myself, might be cooking for one.<br>When I get a good deal on a family pack of ground beef it does, by necessity, get portioned out & frozen. <br>Nothing beats just pulling out a well formed patty to defrost, while finishing farm chores; knowing a burger & salad dinner will be quick, easy & nourishing!

I never watched Symons Dinners but, I'm really enjoying this. I really appreciate Olivia and her asking all the non-chef, home cook kinda questions. Sometimes she asks exactly what I'm wondering in that moment. Thank you, you three for this. It's great! 🥰
