My 82 year old friend got a blood cancer diagnosis of a very slow growing type of cancer. They put her on chemotherapy and side effects ruined her quality of life never mind her healing ability which caused her to suffer more. I’ll take 3 years of a good life with cancer than 5 years on chemotherapy. Each case needs to be determined independently.
