Yes and no on "Daddy Mulk": "Daddy Mulk" was originally in the arcade "Ninja Warriors". It was never in the SNES "Ninja Warriors/Ninja Warriors AGAIN", but it can be unlocked in "Ninja Warriors ONCE AGAIN" by completing the game normally.

I also find it funny that Liam didn't notice "Daddy Mulk" playing in the first stage.

I'm always so conflicted with the soundtrack. Both the SNES and arcade soundtrack are awesome, but I also appreciate how varied the SNES soundtrack is: every boss gets their own theme, each more intense than the last. Sadly, only the SNES soundtrack was rearranged.

Also, it's worth mentioning that Banglar's "boss fight" was even more underwhelming in the arcade version: you march over to him as he's firing uselessly at his killers and take him out in a single hit, no different from any other mook. Still, the additional defenses and mook wave in both remakes seems appropriate for a dude who talks a big game and runs out like a pompous coward.

Just wanna say that I highly appreciate the editor putting a little cartoon version of Mr. McMuscles on the screen each time these guys lost a life & had to continue, thank you very much for sharing their shame with all of us! 😂

The giant robot ninja is freaking awesome and the short thick one with jiggle physics is scary😂

Matt doing the "keep the Queen of England outta your face" bit when, at the time of this comment, she was put in the ground about an hour or so ago was one of those Simpsons tugging-on-the-collar moments.
This game is super cool and we always love to see Liam.

It's called Ninja Saviors cuz they don't have the license to call it Ninja Warriors. Some legal mumbo-jumbo...

Wow. Someone actually took an underappreciated game from my childhood and showed it some real love. That is quite refreshing.

Matt is slightly wrong about Kunoichi being the "Mai" of the game - she's the balanced character, the Cody to Ninja's Haggar and Kamaitachi's Guy. This makes Ninja Warriors one of the only "two guys and a gal" beat-em-up rosters where the lady isn't the fragile speedster of the group.

The last series you'd think would have a political axe to grind, and yet. . .
