  Brad, you&apos;re going to be shocked at how much flow will occur at those culvert inlets during a storm. As I&apos;ve written in your earlier video, simply armor the inlets with large stones, softball-to-soccer-ball size, to diffuse the flow.

  you should make a section 4-5ft deep so the gills would have a place to make beds for spawning.

  My wife &amp; I spent last week in Destin. &nbsp;We traveled to Crestview to eat at Emerald Isle &amp; noticed Parish Tractor across the street!! Great job on the pond. We hope all the rain last week topped your pond off.

  Always enjoy your videos. &nbsp;Especially the pond build. &nbsp; I built a 1 1/4 acre pond a couple of years back with a rented dozer. &nbsp; Fun times! &nbsp; Runoff was my only way to fill it, so I am envious of your fill system. &nbsp; Mine is by the road and I was able to incorporate the road ditch. &nbsp; But being able to keep it full even during dry summers is great! &nbsp; &nbsp;Enjoyed watching!

  Excited to see water starting to fill up the pond. &nbsp;<br><br>We&apos;ve had 7&quot; of rain so far in southeast Texas which has gotten us out of the drought. &nbsp;Hopefully y&apos;all get some nice consistent rains to fill up the pond the rest of the way and water the pastures and food plot.
