West Coast Canada. This information will be very useful - I buy a lot of bottled garlic several times in a year, but it is sold in large quantities in all the local farmers markets, so now instead of purchasing 1 or 2 garlics, I can buy a couple of pounds and preserve in in different ways. Much more efficient. Thank you!
