Oh wow, this was super helpful—thanks for breaking it all down so clearly! I’ve always tossed garlic in a basket on the counter, but Ak, I didn’t realize the fridge was actually the worst place for it. One little trick I sometimes use: I roast a whole bunch of garlic bulbs at once, then freeze the roasted cloves in small bags. Uk, it makes weeknight cooking so much easier—just grab a few and toss them straight into pasta or soups. Your curing method is definitely something I want to try next season when I stock up at the farmers’ market. Really appreciate you sharing these tips!
