  I used to weigh 360LBS. I worked hard for a year and a half on just getting healthy and lost over 100 lbs. At my lowest I hit 215, and then i fell into depression and bubbled up to 250. I don&apos;t hate where I&apos;m at, but Khalil just inspired me to get back to what matters and to stop fucking up my life with these behaviors that sabotage the person i am meant to be. Thanks for this bro. Truly inspired by this one. 💯

  kahlil just inspired tf outta me to continue to shred my weight i used to be 331 pound and im down to 290 called a mma gym and singed up for a 2 week trial !!
