This is maybe the best conversation here that I could expect to find online.  The authenticity is so deeply appreciated.  Not to mention helpful!  Thanks to you both.

Good music is the antidote to anger. Just feel.

I've read every book Bernardo has published, some more than once and a few more than that-- and just ordered The Daimon and the Soul of the West. I am also in the process of reading the ten books that he recommended to Hans Busstra on the Essentia Channel. I for one, am grateful that Bernardo listened to and continues to listen to his Daimon! The clarity in which he communicates what for many of us is complex-- I mean, what is more complex than QM? Wasn't it Feynman who said nobody understands QM? Well... maybe not from a materialist/physicalist reference-frame, but the way in which Bernardo describes QM-QFT, Mind at Large, Dissociation (Alters) etc., makes what was only accessible through... shall we say, more intuitive, spiritual, and mystical thinking processes, accessible in a more concrete analytical framework-- helping to make more sense of it all and live it. Words fail me here-- Bernardo is the one with the gift (genius really) and I am grateful for it...

Bernardo’s tinnitus trial reminds me of Saint Paul’s "thorn in the flesh “The Lord's answer to Paul who pleaded him was : "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Currently working on a document using Kastrup's "Decoding Schopenhauer" and Jamumdar's "From Shiva to Schrodinger." There are many surprising nodes within this mine.

Bernado's Tinnitus reminds me of a scene in Another Earth movie (2011 by Brit Marling) where she talked about a cosmanaut's experience where he keeps hearing a sound that he can't get rid of because he is stuck up there and can't do anything about it until he finally learned to lean on his imagination. Imagining a sound of music by Johann Sebastian Bach and it stayed with him for the whole duration that he's in Space, therefore, he was able to enjoy his stay up there  even with a sound so annoying that he learned the hard way of going within in order to overcome something he can't normally overcome.
