  This Dirt series has such Anthony Bourdain &apos;Parts Unknown&apos; vibes in the best way possible. Sure the episodes end with fantastic meals concocted from the incredible local ingredients gathered from the travels but the show is clearly about the most important ingredient of all...the people. I continuously find myself tearing up from smiling just listening to their stories. You guys truly capture the small moments that provide the magic to give it life. Something Tony did all too well too. Keep it up, Josh &amp; Huckberry crew. I could watch these episodes all day.

  Im Polish, living in Ireland for most my adult life which is nearly 20 years now. I love the Widl Atlantic Way, Irish culture and produce and cooking! &lt;3 Thank You Ireland for being a great home!

  Ireland outside Dublin is like one island-sized village. Its utterly magical to visit. You will leave a part of &nbsp;yourself in West Cork. 🇸🇪

  I have never seen such a beautiful and pure take on ireland . You cut right to the bone. You experienced something special not even the irish ourselves experience in our physical but you have captured our spirit which is as slippery as an eal. Go raimh agat .

  Nicely done! Thank you! I moved to Éire in 2005 for 6 months. Kinda overstayed. Still here, with my beautiful Irish wife and 3 ginger kids! Beautiful country! Beautiful people! 🇮🇪🥃🍀 🐑🐄 🌧
