  To add to the tcg section, in Pokemon TCG Pocket there’s an immersive Mewtwo card that features Mewtwo breaking free from the Cinnabar lab. At the end of the animation you can briefly see Mew’s reflection on the tube Mewtwo broke out of.

  I love how the encounter levels of Mew and Mewtwo are 30 and 70. Combine both and it&apos;s 100. They&apos;re stronger together.<br>The &quot;ji&quot; being Genji instead of Fuji is interesting because Goh in Pokémon Journeys met Drake during a Mew Trial Mission.<br>In fact, the anime&apos;s Faraway Island has living fossils and Pokémon from all regions. It&apos;s treated as the Garden of Eden tbh.

  I LOVE the theory that Mew is the first stable form Ditto took, based on Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf, and that Ditto is the origin of all Pokémon - like, Arceus made Pokémon by spreading Ditto everywhere and they became Pokémon-ized versions of the animals that already existed. My headcanon was already that animals used to exist but have died out because Pokémon were just better at everything, so this expansion on that idea is now my new headcanon, one hundred percent, I love it.

  It is truly one of my favourite things to just pop on your videos and wind down for the night. It’s so calming and feels like I’m chatting with a friend about all things Pokémon to fall asleep in the nerdiest and most fun way.

  A couple extra bits of supporting evidence:<br>For the mega stone theory: in the anime, Allain uses a mega charizard X, and received that stone from Lydandre, who we know was experimenting with and collecting mega energy. Also, iirc the mewtwo in the anime who mega evolves takes on the mega mewtwo Y form, suggesting that maybe, similar to the theory about mega charizard, it developed the ability to take on the Y form naturally on its own, while tje X stone was created by or for Giovanni?<br><br>And for the theory about Mewtwo having human DNA: Mewtwo is the one of, if not the only (maybe team rocket&apos;s Meowth?) to call itself a trainer and command other pokemon not just in the sense of bossing them around, but specifically in a pokemon battle.
