  I love this collection - today's fashion designers look like they are designing for teeny boppers and circus clowns Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, classic Hollywood will never die!

  Reminds me of Blair Waldorf's quote " Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design. & architecture all in one. It shows the world who we are & what we want to be." I wouldn't say I'm a hardcore fashionista, but it made me enjoy & appreciate fashion more( including jewelry) 👗👚🕶👘👠💍📿

  On my way to college at the time in 1980 my boyfriend called me to let me know Elizabeth Taylor was filming on location at Union Station, Toronto Canada. ( Between Friends)<br>I left school and made my way to Front Street to see the most beautiful woman in the world.<br>She was just breath taking it’s been one of the most memorable moments of my life as I spent the whole afternoon watching them. &nbsp;Elizabeth and Carol Burnett &nbsp;finally at the end of shooting I ran to get some cheap flowers at the flower stand …it was a bit tacky, as she made her way to the Royal York Hotel across the street.<br>I will never forget her as I just turned 60. &nbsp;What beauty!<br>Blessing 🇨🇦
