  I&apos;m so happy we built our home in 2012, which took 2 years, 3M-pesos and was a steal, paid in full.<br>After the build, five years later we did a high-end remodeled on the bathrooms, kitchens, lofts and other areas.<br>Fast forward to today, it still look brand new. &nbsp;You can&apos;t do this today. &nbsp;He&apos;s paying over $20K+ rent each month.<br>That&apos;s insane. :face-blue-smiling:<br><br>Best part - we&apos;ve been saving more than we spend each month. &nbsp;And we spend well over 150K-perso every month.<br>We travel regularly, eat great foods, help our community and live our lives in a peaceful setting.<br><br>I might visit Cebu someday. It&apos;s not high on the to-do list. &nbsp;There&apos;s thousands of great places to see here in the Philippines 💞

  One of the best things about Cebu is easy access to the mountains. Truly amazingly beautiful, &nbsp;vast, filled with views, restaurants., resorts to say the least. The big issue to me is trash pickup. Extremely reliable electricity is a big one.
