  Hi I’m Patty from China. I indeed feel lonely sometimes. I’m a 10-month baby’s mom. I always feel disappointed at my husband. He’s suffering from depression since he’s in high school. But he only gets treatment in recent years. We knew each other on the second year he got treatment, and we both thought he’s recovered. Unfortunately, he’s still lack of ability to live. What makes me disappointed the most is that his parents only want him to be alive. They’re afraid his son might suicide under unknown pressure so they help his son with living money. Which made his son literally do nothing at all. We have nanny for baby. We all live in my mum’s house and my mum does all the housework for us. I feel my husband is invisible. I wanted to divorce, but I thought he’s the father of my son and he provides living money. I’m now struggling painfully in this difficult situation.

  Hi, I’m TaTa from China. I feel lost when I can’t stick to the plans I make for myself or complete things on time. When I’m working on a task, I find it hard to focus and work through it calmly and patiently. Even when I finish a task, I still feel as though there’s a ton of work left to do. I know results take time. But I still haven’t found a steady rhythm in my life or developed a sense that I’m making steady progress. Because of that, I often feel anxious along the way and tend to blame myself.

  I felt lost sometimes when i see someone live a life that they dream about. they have a dream like become a singer, dancer, teacher, or others. but i still don&apos;t know what i&apos;m dreaming for my life. i just try to enjoy my job, enjoy my day with my family and friends, but inside i still get stuck and don&apos;t know what i want and what i wanna be. sometimes i think i wanna go back and detour to find what my passion is. but i&apos;m 26 now and i must work so i don&apos;t think i can do it. but i try to improve my life by starting to listening english podcast, workout in the morning, try to clean eating. maybe it&apos;s just a small steps but i hope it will give a momentum and help me to continue for a long time.

  One thing I’ve learned is that understanding English is not enough — you need to use it in small, real situations every day. Even 10 minutes of speaking practice can make a big difference. Keep going, everyone! 🙌

  -I was lying on my bed staring at the ceiling <br>-It felt like walking in a giant maze where you can&apos;t see over the top<br>-for the first time in a long time...<br>-I ended up drifted away to a city i never liked to live in<br>-I got goosebumps when I get the news as he said it as a normal thing to drop it on a person<br>-deep inspiration
