Having struggled with self-doubt for years, I was shocked at how much “Glow They Never Saw” by Zael Veynor resonated with me. Some of the chapters feel almost uncomfortably honest, but in the best way possible. This book gave me perspective I didn’t even know I needed

I love the sentence “ I have not trained confident in this area yet. “<br>Most of the time, I considered myself as an unconfident person when I encountered some difficult situations. However, what I called difficult situations mean it was hard and even needed courage to face it. So of course I felt faltered! <br>I’ll keep this sentence in mind to build my self-confidence. ❤

I really love this episode. I've grown up in a complete protection from my parents and barely had to make any tough decision. Until I went out of university and had to work and earn on my own, I felt truly unconfident of myself. I'm confident of my studying but not making real life decisions. For many years, I've tried to hide myself from seeing people, especially people who forcing me making decisions. But deep inside, I'm ambitious and want to grow everyday. So little by little, I've overcomed many difficulties that I didn't really want to face it. Now I can say I'm quite confident making my own decisions, even though most of them still hold me back in a second

Hello ! Tim from from Taiwan !<br><br>When I was in senior high school,I was very insecure and had a lot of self-doubt because of my body and acne-covered face. <br><br>But I decided to join the breaking dance club and started losing my weight.I followed through with daily practice and positive self-talk. Although I was nerve-wracking before a showcase of my dance club,I withstood pressure and became more and more confident. <br>I think that the time I joined the breaking dance club makes me having more conviction about what I can be in the future.<br><br>Although I had a rumination and faltered my belief sometimes, I still believe I can choose my life now.
