  The plus side of being able to generate my own music using AI is that now I don't have to listen to any of the crap that the music industry puts out. I may not make money, but I don't have to spend money on their crap either.

  Kinda of like how YouTube begun demonetizing millions of people but still running ads on their videos. They just don't want to pay out. We all learned the hard way with TikToks "creator fund" which now pays less than pennies

  If I like a song that is AI generated I don't see why  whoever uploaded it shouldn't get paid for it...

  Hey if the songwriters and performers were actually good then they have nothing to worry about. The fact is there is not a lot of good music today. So if AI can make great music that people want to listen to.... &nbsp;then let it rip. &nbsp;And if the artist don&apos;t like it the start making better music.

  At the end of the day, it shouldn&apos;t be up to advertisers that decides whether you should get paid or not, it should be up to our own audience

  I got hooked on some AI music on Youtube. All of a sudden, I realize, it can be me making some, especially for my own use (best in commercial rights mode). All the copyright shenanigans held me back with video making. It&apos;s a bit stressful to get right, so it won&apos;t be a lot any more. Starting with a voice / instrument as a base will tag it as human input involved. Some silly stuff I made in the past actually sounds like the original, but much better with AI figuring it out, eventually.

  What about if you do the lyrics chords and The BPM like I do for my Ai Rock Band The Terriers I do use a music generator but I go through at least 20 of them to match what I want to the chords BPM and my Lyrics but I do agree if it just Ai you shouldn’t get paid that money should go to real artists and I don’t think I should get royalists either that should go to real artist as well but the songs I do generate do mean something to me because I wrote them
