When Raj gives in to stay a little longer, then you can see her in the background, in the kitchen for like a second.

  Um….Joyce Kim was Leonard’s girlfriend, not Sheldon’s. &nbsp;Also, Penny didn’t show up just after the elevator incident, it was years later.

  The Beverly Hofstaeder one isn&apos;t a theory, it&apos;s literally her plot line. They specifically tell us she ran his childhood as an experiment, Penny reads her book about it and in the end she even says the experiment is still running.

  My theory is that the reason the other astronauts were particularly mean to Howard during his tenure onboard the ISS is because they know he’s the one who built the faulty space toilet a few years ago.

  The upcoming Stuart spinoff is supposed to be about Stuart having to save the universe after Sheldon and Leonard build something that rips apart the fabric of the universe, so that second theory could absolutely end up being correct.

  Mrs Wolowitz is physically scene in several episodes (thru the cracks in the kitchen door). &nbsp;Other characters interact with Mrs Wolowitz (Bernadette screams back at Mrs Wolowitz, the guys reference eating at Howard&apos;s house, Stuart is moved in to take care of Mrs Wolowitz, Penny and Raj each get paid to take care of Mrs Wolowitz, Penny&apos;s friend from Nebraska is heard arguing with Mrs Wolowitz,)
