The THC DUI law in PA needs to be fixed. You can get a DUI in PA for having THC in your blood even if you are not actively intoxicated, have a STATE ISSUED medical card and haven’t used your MEDICATION in a week. If you refuse blood test automatic DUI. It’s policing for a profit. Messed up my life

Here's one for you!<br>I live in NC and my back yard boundary is the SC border, and there's a SC road. I work at a hemp farm, about 10 minutes away...in SC. Two years ago I was pulled over by CMPD 17 times as I crossed over into NC and onto my street...for PROBABLE CAUSE! Due to my job! Suspicion of transportation across state lines. I was given a citation the first time, for hemp, but it was dismissed when I fought it in court. They never "caught" me again. I just started stopping behind my house first. Now I have a gated driveway and rear facing garage in the back yard and no longer worry about it 😂

I was in Nashville TN for new years and they have a thca bar and smoking lounge. Was amazing!

Got thca from the store and I'm super high 🤣🤣 the thca flower I have is broad spectrum it has cbd cbn and cbg along with thca and the effects are head and body high heavy sedation pain relief body relaxation. I can't believe this is legal.

Fun fact all dispensaries in legal states are selling you THCa. Most venders who sell thca in non legal states get there flower from out west. A plant never has delta 9 thc at high levels unless you let the plant exceed its life cycle. Remember tcha converts to thc then converts to cbn . So technically all weed is hemp 😂😂

My postal service said their van smelled like gas because my hemp was so stank now they think I’m a weed dealer 😂😅. ( I use hemp for my own personal use as a replacement for tobacco)

Im going to smoke weed no matter what I'm not letting the government tell me what I can and can't put in my body plus me having cancer on top of it and can't eat that well with out it yeah not happening my body my choice

A key U.S. farming association has restated its support for raising the THC limit for industrial hemp crops from 0.3% to 1.0%, suggesting the change would give growers more options in choosing the varieties they grow.<br><br>The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) included the recommendation in a broad statement of policy priorities for this year. NASDA represents state agriculture officials in all 50 states and four U.S. territories.<br><br>NASDA has been on record as supporting the THC increase since Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky introduced the concept in the Hemp Economic Mobilization Plan Act in 2020.
