  It should be legal, no licenses, no additional tax, let people grow it at home or buy it from the grocery store. It&apos;s a plant that is less addictive than sugar and caffeine.

  This is NOT a loophole! The 2018 farm bill is VERY specific about what’s allowed. It defines hemp as Cannabis sativa L. and “any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers,” with no more than a 0.3 percent concentration of THC. No loophole, just mad politicians who don’t understand the plant chemistry, yet still feel qualified to regulate it.

  I have autism and weed helps me with anxiety. I smoked weed during a panic attack and felt it go away quickly. Weed should&apos;ve never been a controlled substance in the first place.

  I have been utilizing cannabis for my epilepsy and multiple sclerosis since 2009. I take no pharmaceuticals for either because I&apos;m highly allergic to most of them. If you were to look at me, you would not know I had either illness. I am living proof that it is the absolute best thing for both of those conditions! I get around better than most people in their 30s. I am 64 today!

  I live about 100 miles from a legal state. However its extremely risky to make the drive. I found Bay Smokes selling THCA flower and have never felt more relaxed about haveming cannabis in my posession. It also really put into persepctive how stupid the laws are. If i were to go and get the same thing in recreational packaging i could get locked up. Yet now im able to buy online, and have the federal mail system deliver my ounces from across the country pass through atleast 10 different states. 😂
