  I think the Korean film critic said it best. &nbsp;&quot;The Grammy&apos;s are trying to adjust a leash that BTS has already slipped out of.&quot; &nbsp;Prestige is the Grammy&apos;s biggest asset. &nbsp;They need artists to believe their award holds deep significance both personally and professionally. &nbsp;Recognition is important. &nbsp;But not everyone wants to accept recognition if it comes with a leash.

  Finding it odd that the Grammys created the Asian category after BTS swept the AMA’s🤔Happy BTS chose not to submit. They don’t need the Grammy’s! Used BTS over the years!

  I think the Academy is just trying to cool the temperature a bit without doing anything yet regarding the issue. It is NOT like they didn&apos;t know there has been an issue with the categories, classification shuffling, influencing, and voting before. The major music companies want it to look better but still control the awards behind the scenes.

  This isn’t about Asian representation. This is about these companies:<br><br>1) UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP<br>2) AMAZON MUSIC<br>3) KAKAO GLOBAL<br><br>They tried to hide this behind the non profit organization interestingly named “Gold House” and that organization’s involvement in “Gold Music Alliance” which in turn contributed directly to the creation of the “Asian pop” category which aim is so very obviously to get K-pop groups the Grammy branding. <br><br>KAKAO’s K-pop groups, to be precise. Universal is to distribute, Amazon to stream. <br><br>They are NOT interested in Asian representation <br><br>Because how can Asians represent when Asians are segregated

  Kakao thought they could sneak through the Academy’s back door called “Asian representation” to promote their own K-pop companies and groups through the Grammys

  What becomes obvious is that , BTS &nbsp;never had a chance of winning a Grammy because they were never really included. Just used for their viewing figures etc. <br>BTS did the right thing .
