I was MASSIVELY disappointed in the Revenge of the Fallen Skids. I remember hearing about the twins, hoping for Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, kicking ass and making wisecracks.
Instead, we got...skids and mudflap.
Thank fek we had IDW and James Roberts to wow a decent story for Skids

Are we running put of people that were offlined by a cosmically powered Starscream? It feels like it has been awhile.

Fun fact: In Issue 1 of Last Stand Of The Wreckers, there was a panel where the Decepticon jet Snare decapitated two Autobots with his wings. If you looked at the colours of those two headless 'bots you'll notice that they share the same colours as Revenge Of The Fallen's Skids & Mudflap. You can thank the comic's colourist Josh Burcham for that act of fandom displeasure for that! 😈

MTMTE Skids really is the best incarnation of him, pointless death aside. And while I'm generally not someone who thinks about Transformer shipping a ton, I happily make an exception with Skids and Nautica.

Even if Skid was extremely annoying in ROTF, his Ice cream truck alt mode was amazing. I wish I had bought it then.

I just love that the last scene we get of RID Skids here is Optimus casually pouring stuff on him

I love how they made Skids from the “forgotten” Transformer into the “forgetful” Transformer in IDW comics

I legitimately love G1 Skids for the sheer fact that he is forgotten, and I'm glad they're revisiting him again after so long.

Ever since Thew made the skids episode, skids has suddenly started to appear everywhere. This can't be mere coincidence. It could also just be because people finally realised how precious he is.

 Fun fact
We loved the twins in latin america because we didn't heard the "racism" implicit in their voices and just them being so goofy.
As a matter of fact
Skids is dubbed by Alan Prieto, the same guy who dubs stewie and Baymax for latin america, while mudflap was dubbed by the same dude whos Rigby s voice for latin america too
We missed them in dotm

G1 Skids is pretty massively underrated. Every other version of him is basically forgotten, while others are basically hated. It’s a shame he doesn’t get much attention in current TF shows anymore.
