I m from India and being gay in India is very challenging. However, after I moved to the UK I came out which is the best thing happened to me and I feel me.❤

Being gay changed my life for the better, after knowing I was gay aged 16 and came out to the world aged 21, I will say a huge weight was taken off my shoulders and made me so much more happier. I also found it easier to make friends being gay, it’s the best thing to ever happen to me 🥰

I love being gay, came out when I was 16 and in my 60s today. I’ve had a fabulous life that keeps getting better. I also think you are way handsome.

You are a very well-spoken man. I agree with you about having to constantly come out to new people. My thing is this though, I only come out to people who I feel comfortable with and only if they ask me. I don't feel it's necessary to let people know that aren't a close part of my life.

As a much older gay man, I've reconciled myself to the fact that my siblings children - my nieces& nephews - are adults now with their own children.  Those bonds I had with my nieces & nephews were ones I will treasure for the rest of my life. I never see them again, and I'm fine. I had an impact as an adult male role model, which they've told me directly.  The one thing I do wish I had done, was become a parent when I hit my 37/38 years.  That is the big hole in my life.  The opportunity to bring a life forward, and show them the beauty of the world, empathy, protection, & responsibility.  Older gay men, when you get them to be contemplative in a quiet space, talk about this alot.  👍💙🕊✨️✨️✨️

There are similar advantages to being asexual. Being gay seems stressful by comparison. So many guys I have known have a fear or disgust about homosexuality.  The few gay guys I have known always seemed to be unsatisfied with their lives and many got into substances to cope.
