As for so many in the medical profession, the Upton Sinclair quote is perfect: “It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”

I stopped going to Doctors when I was told that what I ate didn’t matter for my health. That’s insane, your health is determined by what you eat! Cholesterol is in every cell of our body. The truth is that doctors do NOT understand how your body works, they’re making it up as we go along. They’re in the business of symptom suppression, not healing. They eliminate symptoms with drugs, they don’t solve the root cause of the imbalance. Big difference!

Ancil Keys started the cholesterol debacle in 1955.. Then came the Kellogg fiasco. Throw in big Pharma and the rest is the total lunacy we are still being fed.

I like to point out that LDL is not poison; it is a vital product of the liver that is used for many vital metabolic purposes. For example, fat-burning from ketosis and exercise will spike LDL in the blood. LDL isn't just used by the body to build arterial plaque but also for other crucial purposes. When the liver boosts the amount of LDL in the blood, it isn't because it is "going haywire"; it's because important cellular processes are demanding it.

Pharma claims that starving all of these other vital processes of the LDL they need in order to starve the body of the LDL that's used to build arterial plaque is an acceptable trade-off to prevent heart attacks in the near-term. The problem with this is, when the body builds arterial plaque, it isn't just some mysterious disease that appeared for no reason. It's the body trying to repair damage to a vital artery.

It makes no sense to starve the body of the LDL it needs for all purposes just because the body also uses it to build arterial plaque. That makes as much sense as starving the body of oxygen because oxygen is also used by the body to build arterial plaque (facepalm). The ONLY time you should consider taking such drastic action is in an emergency situation to prevent imminent death.

The reason why the statin approach is so reprehensible is because there is action a patient can take to largely cure themselves of the artery damage within a year's time without statins by:
1) eliminating carb consumption to sustain ketosis and autophagy
2) begin a fasting regimen that includes long fasts to force the body to sustain high levels of autophagy, HGH pulses and stem cell production
3) enhance these processes by investing in daily exercise to build muscle strength (exercise also stimulates autophagy when you're in a state of ketosis). Aerobic exercise while fasting accelerates healing.

If patients can be convinced to do these things religiously, most of them will be able to largely cure themselves of coronary heart disease within a year's time without spending a dollar on Pharma's trade-off poisons, achieved by ending the damage that a carb diet and sitting all day long will do to your coronary arteries over time. Imagine that. Using your own body to cure yourself instead of taking a statin for 20 years, assuming you live that long.

The simple question people need to ask themselves: do you expect to live another year before you suffer a fatal heart attack? If you do expect to be alive in a year's time, then you need to radically change your diet and habits to deliver yourself from a horrible fate. The Statins you take, if you don't change your diet and habits, will only delay the inevitable while your overall heath continues to deteriorate and your muscles scream in pain from the LDL starvation that the statins are forcing on them.

Morrie Markoff who lived to age 110 and his wife to age 103 never paid any attention to cholesterol or other such nonsense as he and his wife just kept a strict diet, exercise routine and lifestyle.

A doctor’s main focus is to get our numbers within charts, yet they aren’t that helpful in nutritional information or exercises that are appropriate for our specific age groups. I have learned more via YouTube than I have my doctor. Thank you, Dr Davis for taking the time to educate us.

I was so desperate for those quick fixes 😩 clicking every video hoping for instant relief but nothing lasted. then i came across a book called Stop Feeding Disease author is Mark Keller after months of research and it helped me understand that real healing takes addressing what's going on inside not just quick manipulations. it gave me a sustainable approach that actually worked. my back improved, i dropped 27lbs, and my energy came back. i love it honestly.

I'm a 44 year old man. I had a heart attack 2 years ago. I have 3 stents. After I left the hospital I started high-fat, low carb. Went back for blood work 6 months later. My total cholesterol was 321. LDL was 241. HDL was 58. Triglycerides were 78. Blood pressure was 118/72. A1C was 5.4. Blood glucose was 98. My cardiologist said if I don't lower my LDL and total cholesterol, I'm gonna be back for another stent. And of course he kept pushing statins on me. I said no. And he seemed disappointed when I told him no. LOL. Of course, because he wants his kickbacks.
