  Another good Toronto mall YouTuber is Dave Nowes In Toronto.  He doesn’t do a lot of dead mall videos, but he covers a wide variety of retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

  I moved to Toronto From Europe 42 Y ago and Cumberland terrace in the mid 80s was the place to be .<br>Eatons was more of a Tourist destination &nbsp;,Cumberland was alive ,full of interesting Stories and always a busy food court .

  I remember when this mall was alive, in the 1970s &amp; 80s. &nbsp;It had an store full of exotic Chinese furniture and art, a thriving food court with major chains like Manchu Wok, and independent boutiques (jewellers, clothing, shoes...)<br><br>In the 1990s, Song &amp; Script (a wonderful source of Broadway &amp; cabaret sheet music, karaoke tracks, and albums) moved in, from its former location next to the street entrance of Bay subway station. &nbsp;The owners were so friendly and helpful, and they really knew and loved Broadway and cabaret music. &nbsp;I used to spend hours there, talking with them, browsing, and adding to my repertoire of songs.<br><br>Online shopping may be more efficient, but it doesn&apos;t give you the knowledge and service and memories you get from going to an independent specialty store.

  So excited for this! I used to work in Zara when it was in the Holt Renfrew Centre and our stockroom was actually in a random storefront in Cumberland Terrace!

  Not sure if anyone mentioned JohnnyStrides. He has a YouTube channel that he basically just kinda walks about, but he did go through this mall a couple times in the last couple years, while the food court was still going. Maybe you already checked his stuff out. But just in case.
