We have a Marathon & Barenbrug RTF lawn.<br>Decided to overssed GCI Turf's "Blue Heat" KBG. Topdressed with compost.<br>Only a few days has passed and the "germination anxiety" had already set in bad. 😅

Hello! Great video! Just subbed. I live in PA and aerated and dethatched. I am ready too put down my grass seed. I am using Scott’s Pennsylvania mix. It has fertilizer in it. Should I wait to put down my Scott’s winterizer? Thank you. PA

Good video my question is if I want to put down tenacity for an over seeding project this year. Where would tenacity come in the steps you mentioned for over seeding. Should I spray it down before mowing low or does it not matter ?

Is it a bad idea to overseed in the spring? I’m in NJ … I filled in some patches last spring and they turned into dust by the time hot summer rolled around. We had a drought this year in the fall which killed my fall overseeding plans 😢

What do you do about birds and squirrels that dig into your new seeded lawn? I put peat moss on top, but they constantly leave hole in the seeded lawn.
