I worked in undercover security at a huge mall in Southern California when I was younger. This was and is a very upscale mall. I knew the other security agents in the mall at different stores and the police officers who worked the mall as we all worked together. I can't even begin to emphasize just how dangerous malls can be. I could not list all of the crap that went on there from stalking, to men exposing themselves in the parking lot to women and children all the time, armed robbery and other stuff. Again this is a very upscale mall and behind the scenes there was lots of bad stuff going on frequently. Be careful and keep an eye out when you're shopping at a mall, that goes especially for women, but men too. Have your keys ready to go when you get to your car, whether it's day or night. and most of all stay aware of your surroundings. If something feels off, it probably is. Seriously.
