If you're wondering about the message at the end despite it being silent, I usually use Tom O'Malley's version of Winds of Mt. Rokko because it usually didn't get copyright claimed. Today was the exception.

CORRECTIONS

0:25 Cole had 326 strikeouts. Dunno how that slipped through.
7:12 Naoyuki Sagawa is first from the left, second from the left is Koichi Tabuchi's father, which I probably should've guessed from facial structure. My B.
12:35 That Tigers-Whales game had a score of 5-4

The tale of Yutaka Enatsu is something else and it's amazing how he was able to accomplish such an amazing milestone. It's a travesty that he isn't in the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame.

please make more videos on Yutaka Enatsu. Like you said at the end make it an actual mini series of videos about his career. This was super interesting.

The "Thos." that you see in that ancient baseball card is a common abbreviation for "Thomas".

I'm a fan of Japanese literature, first learned of this guy (among some other NPB stars) when his name came up relatively frequently when I read Yoko Ogawa’s “The Housekeeper and the Professor”. Obviously googled him there and was shocked by the later Brewers connection as a Brewers fan myself. Awesome to see a video and get some of the more intricate details about this mans life and career!
