There is nothing like combining power + strength + mobility + flexibility. This is top athleticism. Most of fitness people chase only one quality.

i trained the powerlifts 50 years ago. i'm 72 y/o now and still train. i've been trying to simplify my training recently and this information helps. it's along the lines of 'convict conditioning' which has 6 basic exercise patterns, but applied to rings. thanks, rafael.

The part about kids being flexible.. man, seeing little kids go down into a perfect squat and then stand up again as if they were in zero gravity is always amazing. I was always baffled by how easily they stand up. I can squat 100kg and can hang out in a deep squat position no problem. But when i stand back up again, it is not completely 0 effort. I can feel that i need to use a certain portion of my strength to get up. But the kids.. they do it as if it literally nothing. Shows you how much you levers are important. The long body and short legs are perfect for squats.
Good video, got me motivated to do more work on the rings again. They are amazing for the shoulder, even though they are quite hard for beginners.

I'm not a skills guy, I just enjoy heavy dips and chins but I gotta say those dip/pelican curl things you're doing at 4:10 are wicked achi
