We had 5 acres in Clark county. I got so tired of government bureaucrats telling me what I could or couldn’t do on MY LAND and then charging us ridiculous “fees” for all sorts of ridiculous permits. They’re worse than The Mob. We sold it and we’ll build somewhere else, in another state. F this state.

I’m pretty sure they are making all these rules for us - so we don’t own waterfront etc. <br>Doubt these rules apply to themselves. They go around their own rules anytime they want.
